Is this the right area to post - sorry if it's not, but....

I'm new to moneysaving forum so hello first. I'd like some advice if possible?

I am a sole trader and run a website selling wicker baskets. On Tuesday (this week) I had a call from a customer who wanted a cat carrier for Friday. I told him this was not a problem and parcelforce collected the basket that day (Tuesday). It was supposed to be with him on the Thursday, but parcelforce failed to deliver. It is out for delivery to the customer today (Friday), but I'm a bit concerned it won't get delivered.

I phoned the local depot and was told it is on the van, but I suppose I am at the mercy of the driver?

The customer has said that he needs the cat basket for Saturday as he is going away with his cats.

What do I do if parcelforce fail to deliver today?
