Reasonably priced wedding dress shops in London?

Sorry to be a board hog, thought I'd repost this here.
Can anyone give any recommendations for dress shops to check out in London? I'm based in Camden so anywhere North or Central, as I don't drive. I think I've left it a bit late due to a stall in weight loss (wedding is July) and I'm hoping to find something that doesn't break the bank. Yesterday I walked to Mornington Crescent to Chalk Farm and couldn't find a single thing, except for a teeny dress in a charity shop that I had no hope of squeezing into! I'm hoping to go tomorrow to have a look but I'm clueless. My Nan mentioned Fonthill Rd in Finsbury Park and I've heard talk of things behind Oxford St, but I'm not sure where exactly, Oxford St isn't exactly a small area.

When you say 'reasonably priced', could you give us an idea of your budget?
To give you an idea of what's out there, I'm going wedding dress shopping on the 15th March to get some ideas (the actual dress is being made by a relative so hopefully will work out a lot cheaper) and have got appointments at Candy Anthony: http://www.candyanthony.com/ and Fur Coat No Knickers: http://www.furcoatnoknickers.co.uk/.
I'm also looking at Heavenly Vintage: http://heavenlyvintagebrides.co.uk/ and Waterloo Wedding Wardrobe: http://waterlooweddingwardrobe.co.uk/ depending if I can get appointments (though the reviews for WWW are a bit mixed).
ETA: Actually, scratch all of that - what about David's Bridal in the Stratford Westfield? I know you said north or central but they've got loads of choice and most of the dresses are under £1000 (there's a really cute one on there for a grand total of £80!)."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
The place behind Oxford St is Caroline Castigliano and isn't cheap, beautiful dresses though. Have you tried a Google search for dress shops in central London? Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I doubt you will find a reasonable dress shop in W1... (happy to be proven wrong).0

I was going to recommend David's Bridal, but it depends what you mean by reasonable.
I bought mine in there for £295, and with sash, petticoat, alterations and fascinator thingy comes to £392. I also thought they were excellent in there.0 -
Yeah I wouldn't say Caroline Casigliano is reasonable, your talking 2k-3k. Very beautiful though.Married 30/08/14 :heartpuls0

Thanks so much for all the links and recommendations! Has given me lots to look at! My budget is about £1400 inc shoes, veil, alterations, petticoat etc, plus something short to wear for the evening. I've already bought my head piece, as there was a 50% off sale an I couldn't resist. So I'm thinking I probably want to spend under 900 for the dress? If I find something amazing for a lot less though, that would be a result.
Westfield is so easy to get to for me, I can hop on the overground at Camden Road, I never knew there was a bridal shop there!
I tried yell.com and online searches but didn't seem to be getting very far with it.0 -
Yeah, David's Bridal hasn't been there very long but is apparently very good. It's on my list in case I don't find anything in the two shops I've got appointments at.
Candy Anthony and FCNK start at around £800 so might be worth looking there too if that's your style, and I think Heavenly Vintage starts at about £400. Or if you don't mind buying online you could maybe look at Kitty & Dulcie, who have some gorgeous dresses around the £250-400 mark: http://www.kittyanddulcie.com/cheap-wedding-dresses.html"A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0
