Interview help for product/data processor for online electricals.

I just received a phone call and have an interview tomorrow morning for a product and data processor for an online electrical/household appliances business and was wondering if there is anyone here who already does this type of work and could give me more information on what exactly this role involves.(the process)
Apart from the Job title, all the advert said was 'Basic computer skills'.
