Capital Xtra - Undelivered Prize

I have seen loads of compers saying how the prizes they have won have not been delivered and I think I'll be one! I won the runners up prize from this (Not allowed to post links yet)

Terms stated the comp ended 15th December and winners would be notified within 7 working days. I had my phone call 3 weeks ago where I confirmed my address to them but no prize has arrived sofar
I've got no contact details to chase it up either.

If you only heard you'd won 3 weeks ago, I would give them another week, so that you've waited for 28 days since finding out you're a winner...

You may not have had a call 7 days after, if they had no contact from the original winner, and you were a substitute?

What do their Ts and Cs say about timing on the delivery of the prize?

O - Terms state prizes delivered within 28 WORKING days - looks like I'll have to wait another 3 WEEKS :eek:

ETA - have they got Twitter or FB, or is there a contact email on the website? You could always contact them, and ask when you can expect to receive your prize.

It might be worth trying to get in touch with them. I also won a pair of Skull candy headphones with them recently and I received them the day after I received the winning phone call by courier. Was extremely impressed by this.

My hubby won a RU prize in this too, and sure he said, when they phoned that there is a CD with it that is released sometime this month, so prizes should be out soon hopefully

I've left it 28 "working" days and still no prize. Today I emailed Capital Xtra using the contant us form on their website. I await their reply. :undecided

I am also waiting, I called them a few days ago and was told they are still waiting for part of the prize and they will be including something extra (I think it was earphones) as an apology, and that there is about 100 other winners waiting. The number I called (which is the number that called me to notify me of the win) is 02070548960.

I've rung today and the lady said they are sending out the prizes today without the CD, that will follow but with the extra prize of a pair of Skullcandy earbuds!:D
