Fantastic! In a five minute trip round the city centre I managed to pick up both my L'Occitane freebies and this one. I handed in an almost empty hand cream and walked out with a shiny new one - my hands won't know what's hit them:T. Thanks for posting!

I popped into the store in Regent Street, London just now and it was as easy as pie!


I only had the dregs of an old tube of hand cream whose label had fallen off, but they accepted it without question.

If you're tempted into buying something they are doing a 3 for 2 offer instore and online. Note however that they have a £5 off discount instore or online when you spend £25 or more. There is a code but not sure I can post it here.

I got tempted into buying 2 hand scrubs and a hand cream but they cheekily only gave me the voucher afterwards!
