Beware of Novatech!

Before you buy anything from Novatech, rather phone them first to check whether they have all the items in stock. Their website isn't very transparent in this regard. I have ordered an PC and eight days after the order was place and my credit card charged, they still missed some components according to their online tracking service.
Don't buy from them if your purchase is urgent.

I found them find tbh although I dont dispute what you said, they are good for returns though. I used there online message thing to ask for a RMA of a faulty motherboard and they even organized free delivery pickup and got the money back within a week.0
