LAST Month's Tescos mag (January) has 60p off coupons for 1 packet of 4 velvet toilet rolls which are on offer for 2 packets (8 rolls) for £3.00, So if you use 2 coupons 8 rolls (2 packets) will cost you £1.80 = 22.5p each.

I was lucky enough to find some January mags in Tesco's yesterday and I thought they were the recent one's so I am sorry for the confusion.

The vouchers expire 28th February .

Sorry, but page 96 of the FEB mag (got a "toothless" kid on the front cover) has the coupon for 60p off Velvet FACIAL Tissues
(at least the online version does)

The JAN mag (bowls of food - stir-fry??? - on front) had 60p off Velvet TOILET Tissue (4-roll pack) - right at the front of it - page 3 or 5 maybe

Hello Quoia I must apologize you are absolutely correct, I went to Tescos yesterday and picked up some mags assuming they were new but as you correctly stated they were for Jan. I will edit the original post to make it clear. Thank you for pointing this out
  • Okay, I admit that FOR WHAT THEY ARE USUALLY it is a good buy.
I myself have bought these many times.
Before, that is, I discovered Nicky Elite - 18 rolls for £3-50 at B&M.
That's less than 19.5p/roll - and the important bit is that they are GOOD. ;)
There are loads of threads about Nicky toilet rolls on this forum if you are so-inclined as to look, but I will say that personally I will not return to over-priced yet often inferior quality "name" manufacturers of toilet rolls. :p
Andrex in particular I have found to vary greatly in quality amongst even the same product at different times, so Nicky it is for me & mine.
  • costco still the cheapest when you get them on offer 22.4p per roll
  • Great, I still have 2 magazines I will grab some before they expire, my stash only has 4 packs left from a Costco deal.
