The price seems to have changed to £4 today - yesterday was the last day at £2, though the offer was supposed to have run on for another fortnight.
yes the offer was on till March 4, haven't been in store today to check if it's changed in mine :mad:Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Tesc0 Extra in Talb0t Green had the 12 pack marked at £4 but I didn't scam them to see if they came uo a different price. Was trying to recall what I'd seen written on this thread and should have queried it with CS if it was meant to be until 4th March

The CS response was that Tesco can choose at any point to withdraw an offer if they want to - even though it was supposed to last longer.
True, doubtless. But hardly fair (a word which isn't in Tesco's vocabulary, I know) to advertise something as being available for three weeks and then stop it after a week.0 -
It is such a good marketing ploy. If they can cancel a promo at any time they can get people through the doors (under false pretence) who will no doubt pick other stuff up whilst they are there! Win, win for Tesco!0

A very good point! Tesco are a devious bunch - certainly not to be trusted an inch. It's all the fake, fictitious 'half price' offers that hack me off, and one of the reasons we've switched to Aldi, where you pay around 30% less for the same (actually, usually better) quality goods.0 -

Exactly, I did manage to get a pack of these at the reduced price, however in the past I have left a store on principle if they didn't have an offer on or not stocked an item even though I had other things to buy. They are banking on the fact that many won't have the time, inclination or ability to do this, though.0 -
Checked my local Tesco this morning and marked at £40

I wonder if Sainsbury's have caught on to the fact that Tesco have stopped the discount? It's still showing on 'mysupermarket'. I got the £2 per pack brandmatch coupon yesterday. Went there as all local Tesco had sold out.0

They were a bit sneaky in Broughton ! had no price at all on the 12 pack !! so I asked an assistant who said she would go and check that's until a Supervisor appeared and said they are £4 no need to check ! no wonder there were loads on the shelves !!!!TheFussyMama wrote: »Checked my local Tesco this morning and marked at £40
