Hi
I am currently trying to clean up my credit history on Equifax and Experien...what a nightmare
Despite being discharged July 2010 there a 5 items still showing as default but not satisified...thanks to another thread im going through the process of writing to all of those
However!!!
There are 3 county court judgements from NORTHAMPTON CCBC and I dont know what to do about them, how do i get the court to show they are satisfied/complete?
Many thanks,

Assuming the CCJ date was before your BT you can try asking the court to mark them as satisfied.
However, the rules are different for CCJs and technically the court can insist that only CCJs that were actually PAID in full can be marked as satisfied.
It's not a big deal though, as the CCJs will still drop off 6 years from the judgement date whether marked satisfied or not, as as far as your file is concerened the more recent BR order is a much bigger blacker mark than the CCJs. They are not a bother really.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
