Early settlement Santander loan

Hi
I've requested an early settlement figure from Santander for my loan but it isn't clear to me where I send the money. Is it to my "loan account number" detailed on the page, which has a sort code and what looks like a bank account number.
(Admittedly this looks very obvious but I obviously don't want to send off lots of money and then have a "missed payment" against my name, so thought I would check in case someone has done similar.)
I assume they realise pretty quickly that it has been paid off? I.e. my repayments are on the 17th, I've cancelled the direct debits and was going to make the payment tomorrow. I'd rather they didn't then try and kick up a fuss because my regular direct debit hasn't gone to them.
Thanks!

are you sure the settlement figure is based on you cancelling the DD for the 17th?
does the paperwork say that?0 -
Yep, it says I should recontact them for new amount if I pay the next installment0

I'd assume that any paper work with the early settlement would have details of how and where to pay with them.Save 12k in 2014 challenge:#09 - £1,560/£7,5000
