Hello i am out from England in June due to family problems and left 25000 debits in the barclays loan and credit card, but would like return to England now. Can I go to jail because of these debits or can go back and renegotiate the debt. thanks for the help

You don't go to jail for debts. When you get back to the UK, obtain a copy of your credit report and contact your creditors to arrange for repayments.Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
