Hi !!
After a very slow January I have had a few nice wins this month however, I had an email saying I had won 1st place for a bundle of toys which is great. However when this was received I had a box labelled up with someone else's details but my courier label.
The box was the 2nd place prize , have contacted the promoter who is advising they are waiting to speak to despatch.
Has this happened to anyone before? Do they have a duty to replace the missing items or am I being hopeful?

Sounds like someone cocked up. :O Might have to just wait and see what the promoter says because you have the right to receive the prizes you won.0
