After seeing the CPP miss selling, I contacted CPP Scheme of arrangement, but was told they couldn't help due to mine being prior to 2005. ( 94 - 02) . Wrote to Bank direct using one of your letters, contacted today by Bank, getting full refund plus 8% interest, total £ 262.32. Many thanks!!!!!
