Hi everyone

I won a blog giveaway a couple of weeks ago (still a newbie so can't post the link) for 5 make up palettes. The company who were providing the palettes (not the lady who runs the blog) are now saying they will only send one not five.

The company have sent me a link to the blog competition directly so they were clearly aware of the prize (however are still offering to only send one). The blogger has also written that they are responsible for delivering the prize as stated.

Obviously I would like my prize, but I also feel its very unfair on the blogger who is clearly trying to run a fair and honest competition (which we know doesn't always happen). She is also offering to give me another prize out of her own pocket.

I've sent a grumpy email to the company offering the prize, but does anyone have any advice or any success stories of how I can get this company to now honour their original prize?
