Virgin Money mortgage process experience anyone?

Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to see if anyone had experience of the Virgin Money mortgage process.
Got our AIP on the 20th January, broker said we passed as “high” on the credit scoring, all they requested after was ID, Income confirmation (Accontants certificate) and signed declaration from my wife and I.
So we arranged to complete a full app on the 30th Jan with the broker, paid fees etc.
They sent a direct request to my accountant for the certificate which was a week ago all sorted.
Also valuation was carried out last Thursday.
Mr broker rung Virgin on Monday for an update and there words was “we are just waiting on the valuation report and builders warranty” apparently this would take to today to happen.
I know these things can still go wrong at any stage but does this all at least sound positive? I'm a bag of nerves currently just need some reassurance of any kind! Im assume as its been nearly 2 weeks since the full application plus they have requested bits from my accountant that some underwriting has been complete, I know they completed full credit checks/scoring sometime ago.
PS. 75% LTV HTB and it’s a new build property.
Thanks

I'm also in process of remortgaging with Virgin Money - for me the process picked up pace once the valuation had taken place and VM had received the valuation report - wasnt long after that when VM gave the full thumbs up...0

They generally don't give us too much trouble.

Heard from Virgin today via Broker, valuation report back with builders warranty, all checked out OK and valued at purchase price! :-)
Broker says we should hear back from Virgin within 48 hours with either a mortgage offer or they may ask for more information, im hoping it will be an offer, I have supplied everything they have asked for!
Fingers crossed!0 -

UPDATE: Ok so was hoping for a call either Monday/Tuesday this week with an offer but turns out the surveyor made yet another mistake on the amended valuation report!
So for the second time its been amended (3rd report) and should be with Virgin as we speak later today.
Its been 3 weeks to the day since we did our full application, Virgin keep saying they are just waiting on the correct valuation report, am I right in thinking that this should be the last detail to get the mortgage offer?
I mean we know its been looked over the application, no more documents requested in the last 3 weeks, I know we scored highly on the credit scoring.
Yuk! Feel so nervous....Any reassurance welcomed!0
