I got one from the 99p shop, I don't use it in the street, just to crouch under in the rain/wind when smoking outside in the garden.... it's not lasted too well to be honest, so I'd not recommend £1 umbrella unless it were for similar purposes or you're desperate/only going to use it a few times.

Couple of pounds for basic black one from Morrisons or sports direct have cheapies too.

I bought one from Poundland a few years ago and it was completely useless. I used it twice before it fell to bits.

Up your budget to £5 or £6 and you can get a decent telescopic one from Wilkinsons that'll last years.
