If it doesn't work for you, as it didn't for me, email them via their contacts page. I got this reply from them & it appears they had a technical error with my email address which they have now fixed & I've been able to enter but other people's emails may also be affected

The technical team have had a look at the database. For some reason, there was a duplication with this particular email address which is why it wouldn't allow you to enter. Our technical team have made sure that this will not happen again with your email address.
