Not strictly true Brock. We do have a source where we may be able to place with slight bumps on the credit file.
Our OP mentioned an arrangement to pay which would be outside of criteria.I am a Mortgage Broker

HI
We were accepted for a 95% LTV directly with nationwide (save to buy). At the time of application I had several late payments on my credit report from 2008 and 2009. I had £1500 on a credit card at the time of application although I had just paid this off so was still showing at the time but wouldn't be afterwards, and my OH had £2500 still to pay on a loan with nationwide. We were well within affordability criteria, no overdraft usage for 2 years and the deposit was saved up over 2 years so slightly different circumstances but it's not all doom and gloom at 95%

I was surprised and soooo happy that we got the DIP, second viewing this afternoon and then we'll be putting in an offer
