POPLA upheld my appeal against carparking eye at welcome break peartree, oxford.
Thanks to all the people who posted threads on the way to successfully appeal against these outrageous charges. The information was really useful.
Another success story.

How good is that, a newbie with two posts, a quick adaptation of a 'PE at an MSA' POPLA appeal, and he's won!
Could you tell us, did it win on no 'genuine pre-estimate of loss'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Great News, however unless you want to make a habbit from it, avoid shops that think having these people "managing" the car park is a good idea.
Once bitten twice shy and all that stuff.
They are plenty of other shops that dont have theses scammers ripping customers off.Be happy...;)0 -
Another one in the eye for parking eye, spread the word.PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
