Well it's been tough today, but I've so far managed to stay mostly low carb :T
Dinner tonight is chicken curry with cauliflower rice. Not something I've ever tried before but I'm willing to give it a try
This is only the third day I've been doing this and I can feel a difference already, my belly feels flatter and I feel generally much better for itI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. It's just nice not to be at work
I made the mistake of going out shopping today. I am  at the number of people who were about, it was worse than a Saturday
The new B&M has opened but there wasn't anything particularly interesting, probably because there were so many old people strolling around and little kids that had no control, I just wanted to get out of there
Asda next door didnt have any trigger shampoo so an APG shop was out of the questionI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
