Well it's been tough today, but I've so far managed to stay mostly low carb :T

Dinner tonight is chicken curry with cauliflower rice. Not something I've ever tried before but I'm willing to give it a try

This is only the third day I've been doing this and I can feel a difference already, my belly feels flatter and I feel generally much better for it

did you get a free sports direct mug with yours too? i told hubby to take it to use at his mum's when he stays there for work in the week as it's not staying in my cupboards :rotfl:

Forgot to mention my asda had those frozen chicken /turkey joints with stuffing etc half price think someone may have mentioned it the other day before I get a Bubbs Bashing :rotfl:

It's just nice not to be at work

I made the mistake of going out shopping today. I am :eek: at the number of people who were about, it was worse than a Saturday :mad:

The new B&M has opened but there wasn't anything particularly interesting, probably because there were so many old people strolling around and little kids that had no control, I just wanted to get out of there

Asda next door didnt have any trigger shampoo so an APG shop was out of the question
