Is there a pain clinic that your GP can refer you to? May OH attends a pain clinic and at times it helps him a lot.
His pain isn't necessarily physical.....that is, when he's unwell mentally he gets other pain (psychosomatic) but they do help, give techniques that can help you cope with pain, in whatever form it takes. It might be worth asking :)

    yes that may help.....I will ask.....thanks x

    Hello

Had problems all day with laptop that I only bought in November keeps shutting down very annoying, think I'm going to try and send it back, then I tried to update my iPad and it got stuck in recovery mode, so I have had to restore back to factory settings , I have literally lost everything!!

Anyway, I am wanting to buy an actifry, could anyone recommend one for me? I am sure someone posted last week but can't find the post.

    Thanks
    Claire x

I know where you are with your pain lou i have been getting it for years but over the last year i can barely walk at times. The doctor eventually gave me gabapentin but they just make me feel weird and i would not drive when on them. I am waiting for scans on my back and lungs so will let you know how it goes. Hope the pain eases soon for u.

i do know that this way the links get broken, perhaps you would tell me how you can quote previous threads when they are all closed. this threads links are already broken so quoting it would make no difference. that's why i made the point of saying the links are broken on this thread. read the detail dear chap :p

    edit, hurry up and respond

Updating them one at a time by copying the address of each link from a previous thread i guess

Sorry it took so long. I've been away batch cooking and ironing to escape from dancing on ice and selfridges
