It's a bleurgh day here today, not raining at the mo but it's forecast for later. I want to get out in the garden this morning and move my trees away from the back window and down the bottom of the garden, and have a bit if a tidy up of the beds.

Then, without excuses, it's out running later. Not sure if we are doing a timed mile again or picking up where we left off on Tuesday
