    A return address is a must when posting any parcel as if it did get lost/not collected it would eventually be returned back to you instead of going to RM auctions in Belfast :)

    What a palaver at sada today!
    Found the H&S and the JFs, all of which had a 3 for £10 sticker, multi-buy didn't click in so off to customer service desk.
    Sa did 'training scan' and said H&S not part of the offer, well the label on the shelf says it is, says I. Well it is not part of the offer says she - can someone check please, says I .....
    eventually... another sa goes and checks, comes back and says it's not in the offer. I am :mad: .. but, she says, somebody has put a 3 for £10 'overlay' on the label, so it looks as if it is.
    i'll have a refund of the overcharge then please :T
    Took so long I was half way home before I realised no gift card:mad:
    Now sorted, after an initially tense phone call during which I had to quote their own policy to them.
    So, in the end a result, but no good going back to do it again as the SEL has now been removed.
    Apologies to anyone who shops in St@nley sada:o
