No cramps at the moment wacky as I get bouts of them that seem to occur a few nights and then none for weeks running, really no rhyme or reason I can see for this:(
I also have alway drunk several glasses of water a day so this is obviously not helping with my night cramps.
I really symapthise with you Nanny...I seem to go in waves of getting them and then them stopping....although I do find them worse when the weather is cold or indeed the bed is when I get in...
Mine start in my toes and move up through my legs although i have found that if I wear bed socks to bed that sometimes warms my feet and the cramping seems less....or popping a hot water bottle in the bed to warm where my feet are going to go sometimes helps.

I t was mentioned yesterday and I have been to T and stocked up on finest passata....no idea of the original price but now its being discontinued a 430g jar is 64p and on BOGOF...BC ends 6005.

Loads on the shelves near the chopped tomatoes and even more if you look up!
Comes in very handy to use when doing something creative with the burgers

Thank you to the poster who mentioned it in passing yesterday!

Just popped in for 5mins and saw your post LEJC and it is really suprising how many poor peeps suffer from this :(I can't say I have noticed it getting worse in the cold weather.I only seldom get it during the day but most embarrasing when you are in company:eek:
  • Could someone please post a pic of the blue h&s that works as the trigger. Have searched the thread and have had no luck. tia

Urgh I feel your pain. Poor child being sent to school whilst sick. When one of mine had chickenpox I had to keep them both off school even though only one was actually ill at the time. I had to explain that the twin without spots would actually be more harmful to the other children, the school weren't happy but how guilty would I feel if all the class got chicken pox when I could have done something about it.

Hope whatever it is passes quickly and you have some good bedding drying weather.

thanks, i know you would not be able to look at other people without thinking they blame you for making their child ill ! but some people dont care.

On 3rd washing was tempted to hang washing out but rain on and off just now, they both tucked up in bed watching monsters inc :o

OMG...yes I know that feeling when it starts when there are people around!!!

My doctor at one point suggested that it might be linked also to bouts of sciatica that ive had in the past...but to be honest I havent found anything that really cures it when it flares up...but heat certainly seems to make it less intense.
