Evening all
I've missed you today, haven't even glimpsed at the goings on, hope you're all well and doing some fun shopping
I mentioned a while back my irritation about buying a windows phone (having previously had android) and no longer being able to use the sada app for wombles and suchlike
I came across an app for windows phones on Wednesday (not by sada, independent one) and thought I'd give it a go. The way it works is that when you first open the app, you give it the same details you would when you click on 'get a voucher' and thereafter, every time you open it, it 'remembers' them.
So the theory is, that you enter your details, and it links with sada website to tell you if you get a voucher or not, then emails any due vouchers to your email account.
So I tried the first part, and it was correct (the amount owing on the voucher was correct), however I have not had any vouchers emailed to me (have checked junk)
I'm not that bothered, I'm the one with the receipt so they can't use my vouchers, and they can sell my details if they want, but at least one or more of the details I inputted might not have been accurate;)
Just wanted to mention my experience with the app in case anyone else with a windows phone was thinking of trying it
Very interested about what's going on there though, could it be one of you elite getting access to thousands of APG results:D
It does reek of scam though so thought I'd mention it
Apologies for rambling a bit, have had some lovely wine, but should have stopped about half a glass ago :beer:Final cigarette smoked 02/01/18

That more valuable womble passport - it just doesn't want me to use the voucher does it?:mad: I lost the receipt earlier, then found it. I've just returned from another late night shop at A (whilst in full knowledge that the APG is down for maintenance:eek:) - before I went, another mad rushing around, where is it? Where's it gone?:mad: Cue lots of necessary and justified-in-context effing and jeffing - yes, I came back in the house on return from my previous shop, but did I take the receipt out of the car? Did I find it and leave it in the boot? Did I bring it inside? Where have I put it?
I've lost the receipt for a second time:eek::eek::eek::mad::mad:. So, another shop where I should have had this voucher but didn't. I'm sure the mad rush has calmed down now, the receipt will turn up at some point. I did lose a £6-odd Brand Mtch once (and didn't find it at all):(, the voucher from this receipt not nearly as valuable and, yes, don't tell me: they'll be the odd store where it may be accepted without the receipt.:)0 -
I am a lucky boy - I've got a treat of a flump, white mouse, little tangfastics and little starmix things that I've having tonight:D. (Although just had the Starmix and counted nine:eek: sweets in it - the meanies:(!)0

There was someone on Extreme Cheapskates that did actually shower wearing their clothes so they could do their washing at the same time, and a bloke that dried out the tissues he had blown his nose with so he could re-use them later.:eek::eek:
There are no words.
Well worth a watch though, makes us lot look normal!

I love that program, it makes me feel extravagant, what with washing myself and my clothes in separate water and everything :rotfl:
The multimillionaire who was feeding her ex cat-food was bizarre
The funniest was the fireman though...hiring a seedy strip joint for his daughter's 16th birthday party :rotfl: and giving his wife food poisoning regularly :rotfl:Final cigarette smoked 02/01/18

Signage in the store said £2 each, no offer so I bet the person buying got a bit of a surprise.:rotfl:

My betting is the person didn't even notice it and didn't notice that their bill had gone down. People miss these things - yes, even a £6 lower bill (in the context of a total bill much higher).0 -

Those little hearts are lovely, I can take or leave the rest
I wonder why they don't just do a packet of the nice sweets and leave out all those green and yellow rings that, let's face it, no-one is really interested inFinal cigarette smoked 02/01/18

I try. Problem in finding the receipt in the house is the several other receipts floating round there at the moment. It's no good even if I put them away. Though I do remember on my return from my first shopping from A, before I went out again, I left my car keys in the living room. I remembered when I was on the garden path walking to the car. I then returned, picked them up from the living room and went into the hall to leave, and had put my door key in place where the car keys had been:mad::mad::mad::(:rotfl::rotfl:.
Arrrgghhh!!_pale_:mad::mad: There's just no helping me tonight.:(:rotfl::rotfl:0
