The question is, is it worth raising your profile for?

Would be awful to come up against a good potential DTD but not dare to go for it because you argued about lip balm.

A voice of reason.:D. Agreed. It still irks me though.

3010, so sorry about your job. My gran used to say 'as one door shuts, another one opens'. There is something better waiting for you.

    Evening all,
Back from a coffee and cake at JL with two lovely elite ladies. Had a lovely time. :D Thanks girls.
Stopped and picked up some Nivea l b on the way home, label said 16.7p each, quite clearly. Tried for dtd, no joy. Phoned cs, who was very nice to start with, but was adamant that I had not been overcharged. He wittered on about how much the product was worth. I told him worth did not matter, labelling did, and I had been charged more than the price on the shelf label.
Now, do i pursue this or take back for a refund? I'm leaning heavily towards refund and keeping my profile low, but it irks me that they get away with this sort of thing.
Elite, what do you think? (I think I know;))

I agree it may not be worth raising your profile for....but for future info I found emailing CS very helpful, they confirmed their DTD policy and that the store was wrong, they had been in touch with the store and I was entitled to DTD therefore replied the day after for the refund :)

I second this - 3010 you might find you love the temporary job and it might become permanent, if not then there is something waiting for you somewhere, everything happens for a reason :)

And bubbs, you are not the only one not doing JF, I tried it once and it really does not suit my hair, OH has so little hair that Value shampoo does quite nicely and a bottle lasts about a year :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just had an email from npower. Getting a refund of £468 paid into our bank on Monday and combined charges down by £12 per month.

That's what you get for going from a bath a night...sometimes one each a night. to only one per week.

    Thrilled
