It is against the site rules to have more than one account. Some people have been known to have more than one and generally the second appears in order to say something slightly controversial or provocative/sometimes trolling.

Some members have left, others have been PPR (posting privileges removed i.e. effectively banned) and every so often someone from the latter group has reappeared under a different guise, sometimes to cause trouble.

New members appearing on this thread are therefore, for whatever reason and sometimes wrongly, treated with suspicion by some members as it does appear somewhat odd that out of all the MSE Forums available you could stumble upon this thread, and then when your first posts are provocative, alarm bells ring.

That said, this is generally a happy place with everyone trying to help :A new and old members alike.

PS - Trying to retrieve my fails last night, I bought Fairy this morning just after 9.15 - I waited until after 1pm to run the APG but it didn't glitch . It does therefore seem, from earlier reports, that there is an update on the APG system around 10.30/affecting shops after 7.30am (as some of the reports of success then failure were minutes apart).

I am fairly new to this thread but have posted in the Matched Betting forum since about 2010. I did have a different username but asked for it to be changed as it was similar to my betting account usernames.

Didn't have to create a new account, MSE just changed my username for me.

Can I suggest we let it drop please? Let's save giving the mods yet MORE work to do in deleting posts discussing PPR'd members which is against board rules as much as having multiple IDs
