I hope your feeling better xx
Very well done on the smoking :T:T:T:T:T wish i could say the same:o

    Thanks bubbs.
The first 3 days were the worst, as I constantly felt that something was missing, and I was conscious of the times I would regularly light up. I'd never thought about it before, but I used it as a stress reliever, particularly at work. It was a relief to go outside, away from everyone and relax with a ciggie for 10 minutes.
No one could have enjoyed a smoke more than me, but with the cost of them, the extra you have to pay on insurances as a smoker, and the smell on your clothes,( which only now I'm aware of :o) it was time to pack it in, after 40 years.
I can tell just by walking past someone if they are a smoker.
    BUT................................................
I've promised myself that I will not become one of the 'none so righteous as the converted' mob. :D. I have the attitude now that it's not for me, but I won't nag others to stop.
