Replying to Scamps and Zopiclone. I have been taking them for 18 years :eek:
Don't think they are prescribed for more than a nights/weeks now.
I have problems sleeping with or without, but when doc tried to get me off them, became really ill.
I eat at night - with or without them, OK in day but as soon as go to bed urge to eat is uncontrollable.
First given them in Psychiatric Hospital, when I spent all night awake in the day room, which staff didn't like. They wanted everyone asleep at night so they could snooze.

Should work well and help if you fancy taking them for a short time.

With them I might get to sleep by 3 -5 am and without them 5- 9am. I live in a completely Topsy turvy world. Saying that I also take over 40 tablets per day. So probably now the best role-model

Who remembers Cookie... the stray cat we took in? Can you believe he has taught her to sit and lift a paw to say please to ask for a treat.... It's her party trick whenever we have visitors and it's so amusing.

:eek::eek: How many Sue!! I thought I took alot but I'm a lightweight compared to you. Not that I'd wish being on long term meds on anyone. Once you start taking some of these meds your body revolts when you try to stop I tried to wean off of Pregabalin but body was having none of it
