Evening paw sniffers,

Does anyone know why my evouchers are not coming off my shops when I am adding them when I place the order.I have done 2 C and C shops at A and on the delivery notes it's showing no e vouchers used.

I rang A today and I got the same response as last time....we will pass it through to the back office:o
