Fabulous!! If someone asks for me or OH and i know it's a cold call, I ask them to hang on and i'll get them. Then i leave the phone...... only go back about 20 mins later. :rotfl: As i said earlier, small things ........

I was laughing like a mad man after I said it:) I had planned to do it for a while and then mrsnerf asked what had I done now:o she was not surprised:o in this new house with new number we don't get cold calls:(

Shaving gel and biscuits worked fine, just lost a bit by going for healthy fillers instead of the usual rubbish. Now debating whether to rinse and repeat.

I had a call from 'the world wide web' the other day.....rambled something bout my PC-said I didn't have one.....oooops-he meant Apple Mac-asked what one of these are, I might have one but I generally stick to Granny Smiths.....he decided it was actually about my tablet-said I have plenty of them!!!! Visit the dr weekly and seem to get different ones each time!!!!

He then mumbled something about smartphones but think he got the jist.....thanked for my time and hung up

I work pretty much along the same lines as Anon does. I am comfortable with that as the store does have a clearly displayed refund policy which allows you to do that - but I would never return any perishable stuff which they would have to 'waste'. I know that a few people on here do return perishables but for me that is where I draw the line. Anon is right that we all have different boundaries - its best not to be judgemental (even though its hard sometimes !) unless a clearly illegal/fraudulent or extremely morally wrong practice is mentioned.
