They are posting the voucher couldn't print it HTH

Well done on the wins they did say they would be posted out (and they were back when the panebello ones first came out) so I'm guessing that's what they're doing. Me and DH won on the same day, but I'm not sure if we'll both receive one (it was last week and I think they said up to 28 days for delivery).

They send the voucher out as far as I can tell, 28 days I think.
I don't think they are very strict with the addresses, in any case it tells you when you fill the form in if you have already submitted the same address or telephone number etc. a little tweaking of the address will sort that out, but you must use a proper email address as that is how they notify you.
