:whistle::silenced::shhh: I confirmed a trigger in 3 for £10 beauty event ... Yes me! Mojo is back from repair :j. My hunch paid off following an Op query a few weeks ago (thanks Op!).

Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment 400ml (dark blue bottle) does not show on apg.

I bought with 2x Head and Shoulders Anti Dandruff for Men 500ml (Joe Hart on pack?)

    AvM
    £9.94 v £7

Pay £10 plus fillers, apg return of £3.70, net cost £6.30 for 3 big bottles (or thereabouts - not worked it out exactly!).

Other flavours available in the M offer. (M have 2 for £7 offer on Head and Shoulders, other supermarkets have 3 for £10 on the large bottles at the moment)

Okay, not the best glitch ever but for me, it is not bad and may be useful for other items in the 3 for £10 A beauty event.

    Seedless red grapes are a good filler - 2 x 500g packs are £1.50 each in A, 2 for £2 M.

Thoroughly agree BB, Orange Customer Services rubbish.
My sim only contract ended in December, I renewed it, pointing out that they had overcharged me £5 pm for the past year. They agreed to credit me with £60 and start a new contract. They then issued a new sim, then another. Several lengthy frustrating conversations later, after using the new sim cards as instructed I had to put in my old sim.
Each time I lost Service for a few days and when I went on holiday I had no service in Spain for a week, despite advising them beforehand. I checked my Account and found that I was being charged for two numbers, despite only ever having one. Then I found that my Bank Account had a £13 deduction, despite my Account being well in credit.
3 further calls to Orange CS and they couldn't work it out, each time promising to sort it out and call me back - they did neither. The last call was particularly lengthy and frustrating, they claimed to have no record of the Bank deduction and would not believe me. They told me to go to an Orange (now EE) store to prove it. A 35 mile round trip.
The EE store couldn't understand why I had been sent to them but said that they often do that to fob people off. Apparently the Stores only 'sell' and Orange are supposed to do the back-up. However I finally got the Manager of the Store and we contacted Orange CS (Stores have no direct line and have to wait in queues like we do!)
The Store Manager could see what was wrong but we had a really difficult job to get CS to understand, she was getting really frustrated too and it took 75 minutes on the phone to sort out. No offers of compensation or apologies, it was as if they were blaming me for their errors and eventually agreeing just to get rid of me. (I had previously threatened to leave and even been given a PUK code with no effort to keep my Account).
We then had to contact T Mobile, who I have never had any dealings with, as the £13 had been deducted by them. Apparently I had been ported over to them for two days unbeknown to me and had to get them to agree to refund the amount and cancel the agreement - that I had never made.

Sorry for the rant but I think Orange have by far the worst Customer Service I have ever known. Unfortunately they have the best (sometimes only) reception out here in the sticks.

    Cheers,
    ChelseaFred

I completely agree, I was unable to use my iphone for a number months when they c0cked up my unlock code. I had to be a royal pain on facebook to sort it out and even then they kept sending me bills which I didn't owe.
  • Evening all, still catching up, hope everyone's okay.

I've been watching the ice dance, did any anybody see the Protopopovs in the audience? I found this on YouTube, I hope I'm like this when I'm in my 70's http://youtu.be/Z9ksPXmuLDU
