Hey all
Well I've had a lovely day so far despite waking up with a ginormous cold sore. Didn't wake til half 9, DH had taken the boys out :T
So I had a shower in peace and then went shopping all by myselfGot peppers, rice, sweet and sour sauce and turkey breasts in Lidl (guess what's for tea
) a few bargains in B&M next door and then did a Shopitize shop in Sains.
Very pleased with my bargains this morning.
Boys still not home so have managed a cuppa and a catch up and now I've got to go and rearrange the stash to fit all the new things in
Sorry you're still not feeling well snap :A Hope you feel better soon.♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

Try to eat intuitively
Something I'm trying to do but it's going to take me a long time.
Just make sure you are eating right for your weight, height, age, sex and the level of intensity of exercise you are doing. My ratios could be vastly different from yours. Just like endurance runners or cyclists are going to need totally different ratios a sprinter.
You're doing well on the exercise front just keep going :T:T
Thanks
It's timed mile day again today. There's no wind, no rain and it's sunny. It's the first time in 7 weeks
I took a whole minute off last time, so I'm aiming for that time again.
