Too many conflicts between title, details, description, image, shipping weight for my liking

It's either a balls up by someone who put on all these listings completely wrong or it's deliberately misleading and they hope that people won't complain when they get a single bar for 99p

I've seen a few folk say that items are disappearing from their basket at checkout so I would say don't cancel an order until after your new order is placed
