    Debt-free and Proud!
Wore my Chelsea boots for the first time yesterday. They're brilliant. Really comfy. I almost didn't mind that they weren't super cheap, they feel solid and like they will last me. Plus they're tan so they go with pretty much anything.

Ah today has been so lovely. A proper 'pyjama day' :D

Now if there was glitchy online shopping afoot I'd be in heaven :)
    Debt free 6th December 2014 :)

Circa £4.50 a bottle...but still very welcome....and after 1 wash my hair seems to agree too!

Thats the one, thanks LEJC:); my bad, didn't realise it was a different brand. Had a quick search and that was the closest I came across. But still not complaining:D

  • The interesting part is how come you have just one new cupboard!! You will soon fill it up... microwave rice!

    Great idea, SSM:T
The cupboard has now been part-Orientalised:)

I got the last of the pilau and basmati rice at Lidl; no egg-fried left - might pop back tomorrow and hope they have restocked.
Also got some of the 9p choc bars.

Went to Mr T, the Blue Dragon noodles and sauces are no longer 3 for £1:(
Also popped in to Sada, no ciabatta ("Delivery tomorrow") and just the 300g bom pots which I assume are no good (well, I'm sure they taste lovely, but you know what I mean:)).

How long has she gone for?

You can easily do a Canaries cruise round trip from Southampton for much less than this at this time of the year

Yeah but a cruise isn't everyones cup of tea and some people don't travel well on boats - i'm one of them. What made it 10 times worse was the sound of people chucking up behind me on a very choppy crossing.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Said they'd get a delivery tomorrow morning so early trip there tomorrow :rotfl: do you have a pic of the 9p chocs as I couldn't even see a space on the shelf for them? TIA xx
Don't think my a's sells the ciabatta :(

ive set myself a challenge along the lines of the existing thread somewhere on the MSE board for not buying anything beauty/toiletry wise that I havent already got...for at least the next year ....and trying to encourage the rest of the family to do the same...

I have so many products that ive tested for the likes of Mr shoes, alba, and a few other things like ipsos where ive tested them ans not finished the bottle etc and Im a sucker for a free handcream/body lotion etc on facebook promotions too...its time to have an amnesty and used it all up....
I dare not even list all I have suffice to say ive at least a suitcase full thats been accumulated over the past 2 years or so...
I did think I would need to buy shampoo a couple of weeks back but then discovered a load of pantene samples which we've been using up....and now ive 3 whole new bottles to join the stash

So far we havent spent a penny this year....and the only thing that looks like it might be remotely on the horizon is blusher...but I'll probably wait for an offer at Mr Shoes and also use points...so debating if that still counts as a spend.

Likewise, starting to build up a smallish stash of freebies (obviously some way to catch you up as just started with the testing panels), but with 2 fussy teenage daughters with long hair I feel I will be fighting a losing battle:D
