Buttered bread and cot into triangles, chopped a couple of bananas and placed between triangles in a shallow dish. Mixed together a little pot of cream, 3 eggs, some milk and sugar and a great big glug of Baileys. Sprinkled with brown sugar and stuck in the oven for a while:)
Seriously gorgeous:)
Ooh, another TM recipe :T Sounds delicious and easy enough that I could do it.0 -
But why 9 boxes of All bran crunch - is it your favourite? It still looks very expensive at £2 a box compared to shreddies for £1.14 or £1.50 for 500g.
Or do you have coupons you have not been telling us about :j
Ha ha, might you ask! It's my OH's favourite. Has an annoying habit of popping one in the trolley everytime we shop (at an eye popping £2.88 per box). The current Tosco offer makes them £1.80 per box (in comparison stop). Still far too expensive, but I thought I'd get the pain out of the way in one go and use some Dove credit up. If we ever get a glitch or amazing MOC then I'll really stock up !!!0 -

Afternoon all I hope everyone is well, get well soon Snap
Just been to Lidl and Farmfoods for a bit of variety, got the 24p rice thank you to the OP.
Farmfoods has some really good prices on stuff, for example
Big bags of frozen fruit or veg 3 bags for £2
Longlife pineapple juice 1l 69p or 2 for £1:j Pineapple is never that cheap in the supermarkets.
400g grated mature or mild cheddar £2 for the lazy among us
Worth popping in if you are passing one, fresh fruit and veg is cheap too.Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -

thanks very much, off to my local for a lookLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

The choc bars are their own versions of Milky Way and mars. Not that great but for 9p, misery guts will have them for work in the week
They will restock for tomorrow. I stocked up with all varieties - dates are July next year, will make it easy for DS when I go on holiday the week after next.
I also got the £1 heart shaped box of strawberries but when I got home alot were passed their best. Phoned CS and was told to keep the lid and receipt and would be given a refund when I go to the store the next time. She also gave me a reference number to quote.
Two fencing panels down and compost bin got upended! :mad:0
