    I have had a mortgage on both a lease hold and a free hold property. On one we paid £1 a year to the council, riddiculous as it cost them more than that in sending the bill.
    Pan drawers in 2016 £1500 needed.

    Not sure. I know it was something really odd, and only came about in a couple of places in the UK. Mine is £6 a year I think, but they can whistle! :p
