Seriously, are men genetically programmed to be unable to find anything
This is my OH. Drives me up the wall.
Our girls are 8 and 2 and for Xmas I got them matching navy cardigans from gap to wear with their dresses.
Time to go home (from a party) and I tell him to put their cardigans in whilst I pop to the toilet.
I come back to one child dragging the arms of a cardigan on the floor whilst the bottom reaches her knees and the other one is cutting off her circulation at the elbow and can't do the buttons up.

Morning all.
Felt so sorry for the people I saw braving the weather this morning while I was driving DD3 to college.
The waves at Bournemouth pier were spectacular, nowhere near as bad as I have seen on the news but still a remarkable view.0 -

1. Wash potato, dont dry, then !!!!! a few times with a fork.
2. Wrap it in a sheet or 2 of kitchen roll
3. Microwave for 4-5 min
4. If you want a crispy skin, have the oven on full power while you are preparing/cooking potato, then when it is finished, pop it into the hot oven for about 10 mins.
5. Eat.
this is similar to what i do, except instead of heating the oven, i half mine when i take it out the microwave and put it skin side up under the grill for 5 minutes to crisp the skin0 -

Nope no idea. His task was to put cardigans on and he thought he had achieved this..
I have to lay the girls clothes out on speperate sofas so he can get them dressed If I am not here. (Dd1's on the big sofa and dd2's on the small sofa!)
When dd2 was in hospital last year I stayed in with her for 3 days. Dd1 came to visit with OH. She was wearing my socks as to him they all look the same :eek:0 -
Just remembered I found the NIKE blue/green back packs on Saturday.
Scanned £15 but I did notice the B/C was different to penny one I had written down so watch that one in stores without scanners.0 -

I had to breathe through a glove
I got into work and the kitchen door is locked, and no one has a key except the cleaners, who have wandered off home
QoC is clever. She keeps her tea bags in her office. She keeps her mug in her office. She went and bought a pint of milk and used a different kettle to make her cuppa. There are others who are having proper paddies cos they cant get their cuppas. If I was nice, or rather, if they had been nicer to me in the past year, I would offer them all tea :rotfl:
And yes, karma for you being nice and now able to enjoy your tea. Bet they are fuming :rotfl:
Also, Emma, hope you didnt need to breathe through a glove on your bus journey.:DEnterprise_1701C wrote: »My OH has just spent several minutes in the freezer cursing, pulling drawers out and dropping them. Yes is the answer....This is a scientific fact and my OH is proof of this - he would literally starve to death as he cannot find anything in either the fridge or freezer even though they are the floor to ceiling sort with clear shelves and drawers and the same type of item is always kept on each shelf or drawer.
This week he insisted he had no new shirts in his wardrobe and I pulled out 12 still in their packages.
Worst of all we were at a lunch yesterday, there was about 30 people in the room so not overcrowded. He was being interviewed and then wondered across to me - I was propping up a wall - and he started looking around. What he was doing was looking for me and I was stood next to him  he said he could not find me because of what I was wearing - the same black trousers and top I wear to all formal occasions that he has seen me in numerous times.Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0
