    Rice is easy!

Rinse it in cold water first.

Chuck into boiling water, with salt added if required

Stir and leave for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.

When the cooking time is up, I drain the water out and put the lid on, and leave for about 5 mins.

Fluff up with a fork, job done :D

I do this with long grain and basmati rice.

If you want yellow basmati rice, add 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric

You can chuck a veg stock cube in too for a different flavour

Please can I ask are the mains on the £20 t meal deal suitable for one or 2 persons?

    So I am thinking
    2 mains
    2 mash
2 finest cheese - orchard mocs
    1 sparkling
1 shapes yogs to use the print off mocs
2 Frosties shreddies to use print off mocs
Water, onion, carrot, garlic bread - fillers

Would this plan work - I am thinking that the yogs I might have t leave out for another shop as they will take me over the max TPP

Yes it would work. This meal deal is in individual portions. The mains and desserts are certainly one per person but the sides would feed 2 people. I checked out the lamb shank with root veg and it is only one shank inside, same with chicken alternatives

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
At last I've caught up with you all :)

Pages and pages read, hugs to those of you that had damage caused last night by the wind. As long as no one hurt that's the main thing x

So, tonight, I have as I say been reading pages galore to catch you up.

I have also spent a small fortune on the way i.e socks, boxers and other clothing. Oh but I did purchase for free a manuka honey face kit. Thank you to the OPs on thse lovely deals :)

I now also feel real hungry, so, not gonna be out done, I have taken a stottie from the freezer! ha even if I have to wait til midnight I will have a ham and pease pud filling too (add green smiley face here)

Tomorrow off to MrT with DS1 for his shopping, I have a %9.50 pp to use so A Valentine meal deal, but deciding on the mains hmmmm.
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
