    In the link for the survey is the study number so you can see if it matches the study number on your instruction sheets.

    Mine didn't so I used the email at the bottom to let them know that I've not had the product yet.

    I did get a set of products in the post last weekend but the study dates for this one were for January. I was hoping I would get a revised set of dates but having heard nothing I also emailed them - either I got these products by mistake and I should have got the ones that match todays email survey. Or I have no idea what has happened :D

    I just swapped an empty body shop hand cream for a new c&v one. I didn't have a choice which one but got the rosewater. What a bonus as he body shop one was free to!!
