    That one has been up a few years now. I always lose the odd pane in really high winds, but nothing like this! I moved the other one last year because of flooding. There's so much glass smashing now that I don't know what's breaking where. I'm hearing lots of sirens around as well :(
    Sparing a thought for those who work for the emergency services, they're in for a busy night :A

    has anyone got a samsung american fridge freezer? our fridge section isn't getting cold at the top but is at the bottom it has a twin cooling system so don't know why it's not getting cold at the top :(


    what model is it - if its quite an old one it might have an inherent fault - I had one of this model Samsung RSH1DBRS and something went wrong in the fridge section and the guy when he came out to fix t said it was a known fault and were fixing free of charge and putting a new part in - if this is your model let me know and I will wrack my brain over what exactly they did!!!

    Yup. I had McDs bus tickets on standby just in case they flat refused (didn't want a wasted journey).
    Staff member went out back with my vouchers to speak to manager and came back and just put it through complete with trouty look :rotfl:

    other vouchers available to choose- alton towers, chessington, brewers farye, argos, B&Q, arcadia group, pizza hut, tabletable, bella italia, beefeater. used to be able to choose LV's too but can't find them on reward site now
