I know some competition promoters are very strict on prizes, no changes or transfers etc. Last year I won a family holiday in Devon, I can't go and they let me transfer it to a family with a disabled child. The holiday park only has caravans that are wheelchair accessible and more expensive so the family were going to have to pay extra. Instead Take a Break has sorted out a holiday for them at no cost, at a different type of holiday park and much closer to home as the child struggles with travel. I thought it was really lovely of them and as we moan sometimes about problems with prizes I thought I would share
