Aiming for mortgage free

Hi,
My husband and I have £130k on our mortgage. He's just turned 50 and I'll be 40 in 2 weeks.
We've made a decision to be mortgage free within the next 10 years. I wish it could be sooner but we are also paying a loan from my mother at £450 per month.
Going to try and remortgage later this year. There will be exit fees as we will be only 2 years into a 5 year fixed rate, but we are currently fixed at 4.09 so hoping a better deal will help.
Now I've written it down, I've got to stick to it!
