Cash Genie
Afternoon everyone,
I got out a loan with Cash Genie just before christmas.
My due date was the 20th December, I got paid on that date but Cash Genie didn't take all of the money, only the interest on the loan. I have checked my bank statments and I can 100% confirm i had enough money to cover the full amount
Stupidly I didn't check my bank i just presumed that the full money had been taken out.
What options do I have?
Regards

Just give them a call, might need to show the full balance was available to prove it was their error but they should be able to just close the account for the capital.0
