Poor Poor Poor! I was out out work for a number of months but just about managed to pay my mortgage through selling stuff on ebay. They hassled and hassled me to set up payments to my creditors within days of starting work. I missed my december mortgage payment as I was short by less than £100 which they wanted 'to keep creditors' at bay. has their fees - do they care? They answer phone on average after at least 15 minutes..... FSA complaint on route! I am really down, dejected and upset.

The first thing you need to do is ditch Gregory Pennington and contact someone like Stepchange who will not charge you anything.

DO NOT miss mortgage payments in order to pay these shysters.

    Hi

Useful overall info on DMPs from CAB that might help

    http://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/remedy_4.asp

More DIY info here including transferring

    http://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/dmp.asp

Might be best to also speak to one of the charities

    Best Wishes

  • Best ditch these and go with a charity as free and they know what they are doing...

As you say, complain, they should not be advising you to miss your mortgage to pay unsecured debts.

    Good luck

  • cancel any direct debits or payments to them and tell them to do one!! you can self manage a dmp or use a free service, national debtline have a financial statement of affairs on their website fill it in, print it off then send this to creditors offering reduced payments whilst setting up a new debt management plan, and good luck
goal for 2014....i will manage money better ..must resist shopping..............:A
