In firefox click shield on taskbar and form will appear if you allow content

Shield on taskbar? Are you running a pop up blocker/anti virus at the same time

Didn't work IE. Shield on taskbar worked, thank you. this was top left,of screen had icon of a shield, clicked on it and had to unblock clicked again to make it work. info for anyone needing it.
