House Sale Deficit - Loan Advice

Hi, I have my house marketed for sale (have to sell due to personal circumstances) and expect to recieve offers that will result in a negative equity repayment deficit of approx £25k. Would really appreciate any advice on converting the shortfall to an unsecured loan and best type of lender or specific lender to approach?…

What's going on here income first stated as £50k now done to under £28k?
At the end of the day if the mortgage lender thinks the property has been sold too cheap they will refuse to withdraw their charge, in effect blocking the sale.
