ready meal lasagne cook from frozen is defrosted..safe to cook?

Hi all, I bought a frozen lasagne yesterday but left in fridge, intention was 2 hours but I fell asleep and its still in fridge.will it be safe to cook? I've never tried so not sure!

My understanding is you just cook it for a shorter period of time. Ie 25-30 mins instead of 40-450
