    Thanks all. So I didn't get a confirmation email from thorntons because apparently if entered .comi instead of .com

    I guess I won't get the cash back if the emails don't match up, I've lodged a claim with topcashback but guess I'm stuck with some petty pricey chocs in the meantime... Note to self, be wide awake when doing these things...

    Top Cashback have been utter rubbish of late and I rarely use them now. I just hunt for discount codes and use them instead, then I don't have to bother with this waiting for money to be received back nonsense.

    yes i agree it used to track everything but now about half never track! quidco much better now
